Study in the USA

 
Over a half million international students go to the United States to study at more than 3,000 accredited colleges and universities throughout the country. A very large percentage of these students come from East Asia and the Pacific, and the number of Burmese student rises every year.

If you think you would like to study in the USA, the American Center's educational advisor can help you define your educational goals. Click on the link for Undergraduate Study or Graduate Study to see the steps you need to follow to get started.

  • Advising sessions: Every Monday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Transcript certification: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Predeparture orientation: Second week of August and December (dates will be announced)
  • Orientation on the use of Internet for school search: Once a month (dates will be announced in the library)
