Due to the heavy demand for visas, our phone lines are often busy. If you have questions, this website may be able to answer them for you. If you would like to schedule an interview date, you can do so by calling or writing to our email address.

Our phone receptionist is available to answer questions about visas from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday only.
